  • COVID-19 Postponed my Wedding

    The pandemic has been tough on everyone, at Revolver we aim to take as much stress out of the situation for you as possible. From the moment you place an order with us we're committed to working with you to deliver what you need for your big day and if that means organising more fittings for re-tailoring because your nephew Alex has had a growth spurt since the original date, or someone's put on an extra few pounds, it's not a problem.   • What happens first?

    Your first appointment with us is simply a consultation where one of our trained staff members can take you through the various styles we stock. Here we can get a feel of the vibe that you're looking for and help style your look to fit themes and colour schemes. We'll then take your details and arrange to get you and the groomsmen booked in as a group or separately to be sized.

  • How do I book?

    We try to make booking as simple as possible, please use this booking form and we'll get in touch with any further details that we might need from you. If you have any preferences in terms of style, please leave it in the notes as we'll be able to get a good idea of what you're looking for ahead of the appointment.

  • Do I have to pay for the order in full when I order it?

    No, we fully appreciate that weddings can be expensive so the balance can be in instalments. The only thing we ask is that you pay a deposit of £100 per adult suit and £50 per children's suit to cover our costs of getting it in store for you. The rest of the balance will need to be cleared before alterations are made and before the suits are taken.

  • Do you offer group discounts?

    Yes, we do offer group discounts depending on how many people are in the party and that goes across your entire order including shoes, shirts, and accessories (exc. alterations). Please give us a call on 01302 710710 to find out more.

     

  • How do I get something altered?

    We're lucky to have an in-house Saville row trained tailor who carries out alterations for us, she operates out of her studio in Doncaster but can be booked in store for larger groups or more complex customisations. We charge trade prices and don't take profit on any tailoring that needs doing. The alteration service will be offered to you in store should you request or we think you might benefit from it.

  • Order Issues

    There's Something Missing -

    If there's an item missing from your order, it's likely that this item was either out of stock or unavailable. Please get in touch as soon ss you can once you've received your order so that we can rectify any mistakes. In most cases you should have been contacted ahead of your order being despatched when something is out of stock. For any issues please call us on 01302 710710 or send an email to info@revolvermenswear.co.uk and please include your reference number. 

    The Packaging Has Been Damaged Or Tampered With -

    If you feel as though the package has been damaged in transit or opened and resealed, you should refuse to accept the parcel and allow the courier to return it back to us. Claims made for items missing or stolen will be refused once the parcel has been signed for. Please get in touch with us to report this at the earliest available opportunity and we'll investigate further once the package has returned to us.     I've Been Sent The Wrong Item - 

    In the event of the wrong item being packed and sent please report this to us and we'll arrange for the mistake to be corrected. We will refund any return costs via a printable returns label or a refund from proof of postage. When making returns please use standard 1st Class Recorded Delivery.

    My Item Is Faulty -

    If an item is faulty, please get in touch with us immediately either via phone on 01302 710710 or send an email to info@revolvermenswear.co.uk, here we'll assist with the return of the item and gather a few details about the fault itself. Once we've received the item back we'll arrange a replacement, an exchange or in some cases we can send back to the supplier for repair. In any case we'll keep you regularly informed along the way. 

    The Item Looks Different To The Photos Online

    The company and the brands we stock reserve the right to slightly alter products season to season in order to update or enhance them. However no changes will be made to the photos that cause significant difference to the item itself.

  • A Product I Bought Is Now In The Sale

    In the unfortunate eventuality that an item you buy is marked for sale or clearance within 5 working days of the purchase date, we'll refund the difference to your payment method. We do reserve the right to reduce items without prior warning.

    This policy DOES NOT apply to short term promotions, multi-buys or competitions. Please get in touch if you have any queries.

  • Can I Cancel Or Make A Change To My Order?

    In accordance with distance selling rules, we're happy to make changes or cancel your order. Please get in touch at the earliest opportunity to request amendments before the order has been despatched. If we have already despatched your order then unfortunately you will have to wait until we receive the item to receive an exchange or refund. 

    You are fully entitled to a refund however once the item is on it's way we have the right to charge postage and picking costs if applicable. When cancelling an order you may wish to refuse to accept the order from the courier, however there is no guidance on the timescale in which we might receive your order so in many cases we've found it to be quicker to accept the order and arrange the return yourself.

    CHRISTMAS RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Any purchase made from the 1st November 2023 until 24th December has until Saturday 7th January to return for a full refund and Thursday 26th January for an exchange or credit note. 

    CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

    The last date for delivery in time for Christmas, is the 22nd December, with a cutoff time of 2pm. We cannot always guarantee in time for Christmas as this is the busiest time of year and occasionally items can be delayed, however we will be in touch should we foresee any issues with your order. 

    DELIVERY

    (Standard 2-3 Day Delivery is free on all orders over £125)

    UK

    DPD Standard 2-3 Day Delivery £4.99 - All orders placed before 2pm are dispatched same day via DPD. Delivery expected within 2-3 working days of dispatch with EMAIL/SMS Tracking Updates on day of delivery.

    DPD Next Working Day Delivery £7.99 Place before 2pm for guarantee of next working day delivery via DPD with EMAIL/SMS Tracking Updates on day of delivery.

    DPD Formal Express Delivery £5.99 (Free on orders over £125) Place before 2pm for delivery within 1-3 working days. Most orders are received 1 day after dispatch, however some formal orders require a day or two extra for dispatch.

    DPD 2 Day Delivery - Northern Ireland £19.99 - Place before 2pm for same day dispatch.

    Please be advised that some formal orders will be subject to a longer dispatch time of 12-48 hours if we need to order stock in. You will be advised by Whatsapp or Email if this is the case, please get in touch if you require further clarification before ordering.

    EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL

    DPD Classic 5 Day Delivery - £29.99

    For International & European orders please get in touch ahead of ordering to be on the safe side. All orders will be sent via Parcelforce Priority and the customer is responsible for any customs charges that are incurred on goods. Any delivery charges are non-refundable if sent back to us due to failure of delivery and delivery will be charged again if the customer requests the delivery be reattempted.

    RETURNS

    Refunds available up to 14 days.

    Exchanges available up to 28 days.

    If you're not fully happy with your order, you have 14 days from receiving it to send it back to us to receive a full refund. For exchanges, you have up to 28 days, please just fill out the form inside your parcel or print one here.

    Your order doesn't have to arrive back to us within the above time frame, as long as it's posted within that time we'll still process it. All returns most be unworn, unwashed, complete with all original tags, and in re-sellable condition. Refunds are usually processed the same day we receive it however it may take up to 3-5 working days in busy periods.

    Revolver Menswear do not cover the cost of returned items and also can not refund the carriage charge of the original order (unless the product/s are deemed faulty). All faulty returns are sent to the manufacturer for inspection. If deemed faulty by the manufacturer, a full refund will then be issued. When returning goods they must be well packaged to avoid any damage in the post. If returning footwear it must be in it's original box and undamaged. Footwear returned without the original box will not be accepted unless faulty.

    Refunds are available for online orders only, all in-store purchases are only eligible for an exchange or credit note for the value of the item, but does not include any items that have been altered or ordered in on customer requests. Once alterations are made these items are non-refundable, and customers are at our digression.

    UNDERWEAR POLICY - DUE TO HYGIENE REASON WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY UNDERWEAR PURCHASED.

    Note that Revolver Menswear does not take responsibility for goods lost in the post, so insure goods accordingly.

  • Price Match

    In most cases we are happy to match the prices offered on our website with other online retailers, however to ensure this is done as fairly as possible for all our customers we ask the following:

    • The product must be at full price and not subject to any sales, promotions or offers.
    • The product price must not be affected by member discount or promotion.
    • The item must be an exact match to ours.
    • The item must be in stock on both websites.
    • The retailer must be a recognised UK registered business.

    Although we are more than happy to price match in most instances, we do reserve the right to not alter our products prices.

  • How Do I Make A Return?

    We try to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible and we're continuously making changes to this process as we grow. 

    To make a return please follow these steps:

    1. Locate the returns form inside your packaging and fill out the reasons for return etc
    2. Using a courier of your choice post to: Revolver Menswear, 30 S Parade, David House, Bawtry, Doncaster, DN10 6JH
    3. We will let you know as soon as we've received your order and will process a refund if our Returns T&Cs have been met.

    All returns and exchanges must be returned back to us within 30 days of the original purchase. This includes faulty or damaged items which also have to be returned within the 30 day window. If you have any queries or you think we should have received your return but you haven't heard from us then please email our sales team with your tracking details on sales@revolvermenswear.co.uk.

    Items must be returned us unworn and in re-sellable condition, please make sure that the item is wrapped well and securely packaged as we do not accept any responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit.

  • My Refund Was Less Than I Was Expecting?

    In some rare instances we do reserve the right to charge packing, or processing costs incurred in the fulfilment of your order. In most cases we do waiver these costs however in the event that we've ordered something in express delivery or special order by the customers request we may sometimes recoup these costs however you will be notified that this will happen before the return is made.

  • Who Pays For Returns Postage?

    For returns an exchanges you will be responsible for those costs. For faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered items we are more than happy to cover the cost of your return. Please send us proof of postage along with tracking once your order has been sent. We recommend 1st Class Recorded Delivery on all returns and don't make refunds for Express or Special Delivery unless previously agreed upon.
