CHRISTMAS DELIVERY & RETURNS
Our last post for Christmas is 22/12 for standard delivery and 23/12 for next working day delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery for Christmas however all orders will be dispatched by 1pm on the 23rd and will be upgraded to EXPRESS AM Delivery for free which means that all orders should have priority and arrive Christmas Eve morning.
Any purchases made from the 1st November 2021 are eligible for our extended Christmas return date of 15th January 2022. Usual returns policy applies to types of product and condition of item on return, please see below for further details.
(Next Working Day Delivery is free on all orders over £100)
Standard Delivery £4.99 - All orders placed before 12pm are dispatched same day via Parcelforce. Delivery expected within 2 business days of dispatch with EMAIL/SMS Tracking Updates on day of delivery.
Next Working Day Delivery £7.99 - Place before 12pm for guarantee of next working day delivery via Parcelforce with EMAIL/SMS Tracking Updates on day of delivery.
Next Day Delivery (Guaranteed Saturday) £14.99 - Order before 10am Friday for guaranteed Saturday delivery sent via Parcelforce with EMAIL/SMS Tracking Updates on day of delivery.
EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL
For International & European orders please get in touch ahead of ordering to be on the safe side. All orders will be sent via Parcelforce Priority and the customer is responsible for any customs charges that are incurred on goods. Any delivery charges are non-refundable if sent back to us due to failure of delivery and delivery will be charged again if the customer requests the delivery be reattempted.
Christmas Returns: Extended returns are now on to cover Christmas Purchases, items are returnable until the 15th January (unless the item doesn't comply with the guidelines below).
If you are unhappy with your goods we will issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 28 days of receiving your order, unworn, unwashed, complete with all original tags, and in re-sellable condition.
Refunds are available for online orders only, all in-store purchases are only eligible for an exchange or credit note for the value of the item.
Revolver Menswear do not cover the cost of returned items and also can not refund the carriage charge of the original order (unless the product/s are deemed faulty). All faulty returns are sent to the manufacturer for inspection. If deemed faulty by the manufacturer, a full refund will then be issued. When returning goods they must be well packaged to avoid any damage in the post. If returning footwear it must be in it's original box and undamaged. Footwear returned without the original box will not be accepted unless faulty.
ALL ORDERS ARE DOUBLE CHECKED TO ENSURE THAT THEY LEAVE IN PRISTINE CONDITION, THEREFORE NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR STOCK BEING MARKED/SOILED.
UNDERWEAR POLICY - DUE TO HYGIENE REASON WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY UNDERWEAR PURCHASED.
Note that Revolver Menswear does not take responsibility for goods lost in the post, so insure goods accordingly.
